Translation by: linhkaawaii.livejournal.com
I'm doing this because
a) I want to make things up to THSK/DBSK for not being around and
b) I like having the Japanese and English underneath each other. I have having to scroll around for the line that I'm looking at (or is that just me?)
c) Because I'm learning Japanese with their songs (no, really)
for example:
I know the word ゆうき yuuki means courage from the drama "Mahou Sentai MagiRanger"
I know the particle が ga from Japanese class
and I know the verb ほしい want from my Japanese coach game.
So! While listening to "Begin" I heard the phrase:
ゆうきがほしい I want to have courage
and completely understood it without needing to find a translation.
EPIC WIN.
Note about the kanji: I'm only using the kanji I know. so for the rest of it, hiragana is the way to go. Hope you don't mind?
Note about who sings what: I'm doing this part with help from the video. Since I can't tell who sings when
because I'm lame like that.
Note about how I'm breaking up the lines: thanks to the video over at
worldvidz I'm following the way that they have it laid out. Hope it's not too confusing.
